Founded in 2006 by local residents, eyewitnesses and researchers, the Shag Harbour UFO Incident Society is dedicated to preserving and exploring one of Canada’s most compelling historical mysteries. For more than 20 years, society volunteers have operated the Shag Harbour UFO Interpretive Centre and have organized conferences and events that bring together experts, investigators, experiencers and enthusiasts from around the world. These gatherings strengthen both our research efforts and the sense of community that has grown around this enduring phenomenon.
